One of tenantspin’s most popular films from 2006 was the lift experiment, a collaboration between Kath Healy, John McGuirk and film-maker John Scotland.

Being trapped in a lift can do strange things to a person!

Cuba

Liverpool filmmaker John Scotland worked with tenantspin on this acclaimed short, partly filmed in the newly-opened Alma Da Cuba establishment.

Cuban Heels

tenantspin have been working with Liverpool digital film-maker John Scotland on a new Latin music video. Researched, produced and edited by tenants and John, the short film was produced with the support of Alma de Cuba and will be previewed shortly on their plasma screens and here on the tenantspin site.

The film features scorned lover John Miguel’s attempts to woo back former lover Kath Olé with the aid of some nifty footwork. 

Shrinking Cities

Beginning in 2004, tenantspin have contributed material including Kath Healy’s film “Conversations” to the international touring exhibition Shrinking Cities that is currently in Detroit.

Video Positive 1995

This film is a Collaborations Programme Film of the Video Positive festival in 1995, Liverpool. The video was made available as part of the Bold Street Project, a tenantspin and FACT commission in 2007.
