Breckfield and North Everton Neighbourhood Council, Breckfield Road North, L5 4QT. An organisation committed to the advancement of the community in the Breckfield and North Everton Neighbourhood of Liverpool which has been the subject of much change over the past 60 years changing from one of the most heavily populated areas of Liverpool during the 1920′s, 30s, 40′s and 50′s to a complete re-think of housing meaning that many people moved out of the area during the 1960′s and 70′s to the eventual greening of the area and re-building of the demolished terraced streets in the 1980′s, 90′s, 00′s and present day. BNENC works across the community building strong links with organisations and residents and works with many of the issues effecting the area.
